As you review our policy, keep in mind that it applies to all Crimson Rat Studio brands, products and services that do not have a separate privacy policy or that link to this policy, which we call the “Crimson Rat Services” or “Services”.

1. What kind of information we collect and how we do it?

   1. Upon initial installation ChemAid Beta (“Software”) submits the hardware and software profile of the end user device to Unity as part of statistical analysis (see their privacy policy for what exactly gets sent).

   2. Crimson Rat Studio does not collect Software input data. All input data is stored locally on the device.

   3. ChemAid Beta does not transmit Software input data.

   4. Crimson Rat Studio may collect user information provided in direct correspondence (i.e. via sending email, phone call, or other form of contact), unless the asked otherwise.

   5. Crimson Rat Studio will not keep sensitive data longer that it is needed to fulfill it's role.

2. What do we do with data?

   1. To see what Unity does with the hardware and software profile data, please see their privacy policy.

   2. Crimson Rat Studio may use collected personal information to contact the user with information of use or interest to them.

   3. Crimson Rat Studio may use personal information to improve Software or Services and deliver personalized content.

3. How this information is shared?

   1. Crimson Rat Studio does not share personal information of the user without prior agreement from the user.

4. How can I delete information about me?

   1. Please contact Crimson Rat Studio at CrimsonRatStudio@gmail.com with such request.

5. Is my local Software data encrypted?

   1. No, currently Software does not support encryption, therefore sensitive data should not be stored.
